NICK MOIR
Hall Management Committee Chair
Nick became Vicar of St Andrew’s, Chesterton, in June 2007. He oversees a large team of 
clergy and other staff – full-time, part-time and voluntary – who have an office base in the Hall and who are employed or commissioned by the Parochial Church Council (PCC). Hall staff report to the Hall Management Committee.

JAN MENTHA
Finance Officer
Jan has been finance officer at St Andrew’s Hall since August 2012. She has lived in East Chesterton since 1988 – although she doesn’t look old enough. Jan is also chairman of the Cambridge Concert Orchestra, featuring in the viola section; she also runs the Footloose Dance Orchestra, which specialises in music from the 1920s & 30s.

RACHEL CLARKE
Hall Manager
Rachel became Hall Manager in June 2014 after seven years working as the Centre Manager of a busy City Centre Church in Cambridge. Rachel’s main responsibility is managing the increasing business at the Hall and integrating new users with our loyal and regular existing users.

The Management Committee
The Hall Management Committee is constituted by an agreement between St Andrew’s Chesterton Parochial Church Council (Chesterton PCC), Old Chesterton Residents’ Association and St Andrew’s Road Residents’ Association and comprises twelve members, half appointed by the PCC, one each appointed by the signatory residents’ associations and four elected from users at the Annual General Meeting of the Hall. The Chair is always taken by a PCC representative. The committee meets quarterly and is responsible for directing the day to day management of St Andrew’s Hall, its budget and accounts and the employment of its staff.
